职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be able to the analysis of certain design trend, and carry out product design innovation
2. Be able to cooperate with different teams Research, Engineers, PM, sourcing… to explore innovate projects and promote production
3. Familiar with the design process, able to independently undertake a complete design project from concept sketches to final design, and able to make the design proposals with logically rigorous proposal documents
4. Have a good design aesthetic, and have excellent product creativity and design capabilities
5. Strong design expression ability, excellent hand-painted expression ability, able to quickly express product design through sketches and 2d renderings
6. Have experience in mass production of products, be familiar with the application of various materials and processes, and have a certain understanding of product structure, materials, molding processes, colors, etc. (Well knowledge of the silicone, plastic and metal is perfected)

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, industrial design, product design, related majors, more than 5 years of design experience in small personal product field. (The beauty or medical industry is plus)
2. Based on the brand tonality, for each category and single product, complete the design assignment (Conceptual design, sketch ideation, 3d molding, rendering etc.)
3. Familiar with related design software. Such as Rhino, Keyshot, Creo or Solidworks or NX (Must be able to one of them), Parametric modeling is best
4. Strong learning and communication skills, creative thinking ability, and self-driven problem solving
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, overseas study experience is preferred
6. A resume and portfolio are required
