Responsibilities:
Processing and Manage payroll related activities for China
In depth understanding of payroll concepts and procedures
Ability to coordinate with multiple vendor/Internal teams and processing the data in payroll
Understanding and complying with the country’s statutory requirements
Experience in handing payroll related queries
Creating System Documentations
Strong interpersonal skills: able to collaborate and work in teams
Willingness to support any payroll for any other APAC countries
Education and Experience Required:
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores.
Should possess strong end to end process knowledge on China
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
Years of Experience –7+ years of experience with 5-6 years of China payroll experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Good understanding of accounting processes and principles.
Good analytical skills & knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
Good business application skills (e.g., Workday, Immedis systems, Ceridian, SAP, etc)
Good communication skills.
Good teamwork skills.
