* Manage the gym's inquiries and reservations, ensuring that all clients are directed to the appropriate staff members.

* Actively participate in all staff meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the fitness industry.

* Provide high-quality instruction and guidance to clients, ensuring that they achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.

* Maintain a clean and organized gym, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.

* Collaborate with other staff members to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the gym, including scheduling and time management.

* Develop and implement strategies for marketing and attracting new clients, as well as maintaining the loyalty of existing clients.

* Manage the financial aspects of the gym, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

* Hire and train new staff members, as well as provide feedback and development opportunities for existing staff.
