About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and self-starting individual to become the operational brain of the business. You'll work closely with our CEO, coordinating between various teams, managing our platform ad budget, and driving performance improvements.
It is ok if you do not have direct experience with all of the below tasks and responsibilities, as long as you have the mindset to connect with internal stakeholders, go on fact-finding missions, and very quickly learn from the existing team members.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate new product selection and ordering process, working closely with the Design and Branding teams.
• Make purchasing decisions based on quantitative analysis of current and expected sales volumes
• Ensure timely deliveries and mitigating supply chain risks in collaboration with the Production Manager
• Act as the central coordinating member between the Marketing, Design and Warehouse teams to manage product lifecycle from first order, launch, stock replenishing, promotions, discontinuations, and scrapping.
• Ensure smooth interoperation between our different sales platforms (天猫,小红书,有赞), ERP system (旺店通), and internal tools.
• Manage the platform ad budget.
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering daily processes and common issues.
• Work closely with the CEO to to set organizational goals and KPIs.
• Drive performance improvements, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and business strategy.
What You’ll Need:
• Ability to work with dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity of ERP Software (such as SAP, 旺店通, etc) is a plus, and so is knowledge of modern work management software such as Coda.io, Airtable.
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, which is the daily working language, and high proficiency in English for communicating with senior management
