Title: Project Management Support 

Project Overview:

• To support project management as PMO for multiple projects that are related to system development

• To support project management as PMO for multiple projects that are related to hardware replacement

Job Responsibilities:

Support project management as PMO

• Oversee the development of the projects

• Report the status of projects/daily tasks on regular basis

• Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and deadlines

• Analyze and assess risks to minimize project risk

• Work closely with various stakeholders to deliver project objectives in a timely manner

Experiences & Requirements:

• Experience of system development, especially waterfall development(required)

• Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role(required)

• Languages spoken and written: English(required), Japanese(nice to have)

• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills (required)

• Knowledge of multiple complex software and hardware platforms(nice to have)

• Experience working with Japanese companies and understanding of Japanese culture (nice to have)

• Experience in IT project of Banking System (nice to have)
