Responsibilities:
● Organize and participate in design structure review of the product molding process, collaborate on troubleshooting abnormal issues in mold design and production process.
● Track each molding trial, lead the molding factory to resolve issues and follow up on improvements at each stage.
● Assess the reasonability of supplier process parameters and ensure compliance with material TDS.
● Assist in solving product structural issues arising from mold and molding process, including concerns like cracking, deformation and etc.


Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or above in material molding or mold-related field.
● 5+ years’ experience in plastic molding area.
● Experience in improving metal insert-molding and handling cases involving double injection with soft and hard plastic materials.
● Familiar with various precision molds (IML insert mold, metal insert mold and metal mold; well-versed in molding texture processing, material properties of hard,soft plastics(silicone, TPU, TPE), metal etc, and different surface treatments.
● Experience with molding fabrication process, such as CNC, EDM, grinding, heat treatment and other related processes.
● Deep understanding of raw materials utilized in injection molding, MIM molding, stamping and die-casting.
● Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills and problem-solving abilities, along with good hands-on proficiency.
● Good oral & written English skills.
● Experience in consumer electronics and wearable technology.
