Key Responsibility
 Design supplier chain strategy, from material to assembly to distribution
 Manage OEM, including but not limit to business negotiation, delivery, post sales and evaluation.
 Design RMA with factory and as interface with internal team.
 Responsible for dedicated parts procurement
 As NPI leader, take lead from engineering to mass production
 Sourcing parts per engineering request
 Responsible for cost reduction and on time delivery, quality
 Regular assess key suppliers and secure supplier chain sustainability.
 Manage warehouse and internal ERP system, secure warehouse data accuracy!
 Responsible for shipping goods to domestic and international customers
 Regular communicate with internal sales team and manage inventory.
 Other tasks assigned by supervisor

您的主要职责
 根据公司发展，规划供应链战略，从上游零部件到制造加工到物流发货
 管理量产OEM，包括但不限于商务谈判，质量管理，产品交付和售后，供应商评审
 与工厂制定RMA流程，负责产品的RMA管理工作
 采购：负责研发选定的物料的直接采购工作
 作为新产品开发的NPI负责人，协调主导从研发到量产过程
 为新产品开发寻找对应的供应链资源
 负责量产产品的降本，交付和质量
 定期审核关键供应商，保证供应链稳定
 管理仓储和ERP系统，保证ERP数据准确
 负责国内国外客户发货
 定期与销售沟通销售预测，管理库存水平
 其他主管分配的任务

Requirement
 BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Engineering, Business Information Systems or related field, MBA is a plus
 More than 5 years’ supplier chain management
 Rich experience in OEM management
 Professional in procurement, logistic, sourcing, supplier management and international logistic design
 Strong expertise in electronic product manufacturing
 English communication ability
 Excellent organization and planning skills
 Proven ability to solve the complicated issues
 Proven strong business negotiation ability
 Strong relationship management skills & communication skill


资质要求
 计算机类本科以上学历, MBA学历优先
 有过5年以上供应链管理经验
 丰富的OEM管理经验
 专业的采购，物流，供应商管理和全球物流管理经验
 专业的电子产品经验
 较好的英语沟通能力
 优秀的组织和计划能力
 具备解决复杂问题的能力
 很强的商务谈判能力
 具有很强的关系管理能力和沟通能力
