Responsibilities:
•Responsible for designing insurance/fund products, determining feasible and reliable products for the high-net-worth clients, formulating dividend distribution, etc.;
•Research product features, product limitations, and formulate/design product promotional materials (including: fund information summary, fund product sales instructions, etc.);
•Analyze customer needs and risk preferences and design different product portfolios;
•Develop sales strategies and product expansion strategies to enhance product competitiveness;
•Develop promotional methods/channels;
•Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned.
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above, majoring in economics, finance, media or relevant disciplines;
•3 – 5 years of experience in private equity funds or insurance product design;
•Sound knowledge in fund/insurance regulations, and have insight into policy trends and customer requirements;
•Work with internal or external counterparties to develop product ideas for clients;
•Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin;
•Ability to complete tasks/responsibilities within deadlines;
•Immediate available is highly preferred.
