【Job Requirements】
- Understanding of CAD drawings, GD&T and tolerance stack
- Experience with basic mechanical assembly, tools and standards (eg. fasteners)
- Ability to use Microsoft excel (basics & formula)
- Ability to write detailed SOP with pictures
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs
- Very thorough and careful on hands-on work, attention to details
- Ability to communicate with lab to understand their request clearly
- Ability to give trainings to lab is a plus
- Understanding of GRR and statistics is a plus
- CAD skill (UG, Solidworks) is a plus
- Machine shop experience is a plus
- Experience with rapid prototyping (CNC & 3D printing) is a plus

本科及以上学历，1-3年机械工作相关经验
了解CAD图纸，GD&T和公差叠加
熟悉基本的机械装配，工具和标准（如紧固件）
能够使用微软Excel（基础知识和公式）
能用图纸书写详细的SOP ，遵循详细的SOP
能够开展实验室的工作，动手能力强，细致认真，注重细节
了解GRR和相关数据优先
有CAD技术（UG,Solidworks）者优先
有机加工经验者优先
有快速成型（CNC&3D打印）经验者优先
