- Lead HSE activities to ensure legal compliance to ***** legal requirements.
Activities/ Tasks
Task 1 - Conduct job exposure analysis to ensure safe work environments according to HSE standards and ***** legal requirements.
Task 2 - Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate HSE procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in legislation and Group standards
Task 3 - Organize company emergency response of EHS part.
Task 4 - Ensure effective incident management including incident investigations, root cause identification, prevention plans setting, follow up and reporting.
Task 5 - Design safety training programs for employees, ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs, draft all materials for training programs within required timeframe
Task 6 - Oversee waste management system, waste reduction monitoring and ensure regulatory agency compliance, labeling, containments, proper disposal and documentation.
Basic Requirements
Education Bachelor Degree major in Environmental, Healthy or Safety
Seniority 5 years above
Previous Experiences - 5 years in the role in manufacturing companies.
- Knowledge of health, safety and the environment legislation is required.
