Job Responsibility:
1. Led the regional sales team to make sales plans, assign sales tasks and achieve sales
targets;
2. Overall control of the completion of sales tasks, and provide directional guidance for
regional sales work;
3. Coordinate the relationship between the regional business and various functional
departments, handle the daily working relationship and affairs of the region;
4. Fully understand the market changes, grasp the market dynamics of competitors, and
provide constructive suggestions for the development of the company;
5. According to the company's business strategy planning, led the team to expand the
business of key market segments in the region, executed and implemented the sales
work;
6. Personally responsible for the development and maintenance of target customers in
the region, and in-depth exploration of customer needs;
7. Managed the sales team in the region.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background; More than 5 years of
market management or regional sales management experience, with OEM sales
experience, fan industry or HVAC industry is preferred;
2. Have a deep understanding of marketing work, and have a keen market perception
and planning ability;
3. Have strong interpersonal communication skills, executive ability, learning ability and
team leadership ability;
4. Toughness and self-drive, open and honest;
5. English can be used as the working language for written and oral communication with
the German headquarters.
