Job Responsibilities:
Our Electronic Systems R&D Department is seeking outstanding talent to lead the development of display products (TFT-LCD and OLED) for International OEM(IOEM).
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
61 Participate in project quotations for display products for International OEM(IOEM).
61 Develop technical solutions based on customer requirements and deliver solution presentation reports and BOMs.
61 Address inquiries and resolve display-related issues for IOEM.
61 Present and discuss technical solutions with IOEM.
61 Responsible for project development, guiding suppliers to complete product development according to Marelli standards.
61 Collaborate with the quality, purchasing, and project departments to complete supplier development and management-related tasks.
61 Organize design reviews, including those within Marelli, with suppliers, and with customers.
61 Maintain a repository of lessons learned, common standards, and failure analysis models.
61 Learn new display technologies.
61 Complete the tasks assigned by leader and report the workload and achievements.

Key Skills
61 Strong English communication skills.
61 At least 2 years of work experience in a display technical position.
61 Familiar with the electrical and optical characteristics of display products (TFT/OLED).
61 Knowledgeable about the structure, component characteristics, and process features of display products, with an awareness of cost considerations.
61 Understanding of TLCM/CG/TP/Bonding processes and technologies.
61 Positive and proactive attitude, with strong learning ability and self-motivation.
61 Previous experience as an FAE/TPL in the display industry or in R&D at an TIER1 is preferred.
61 An experience in display FAE/TPL or automotive Tier1 would be a plus

Education background
61 Bachelor degree or above, optics or materials science major, or display technical or relevant field
