Analog IC Design Engineer... 20k-40k

1.Design and R&D analog circuit,BG,LDO,Charger,Buck,OSC and other PMU analog circuit for low power IoT SOC.
2.Use EDA tools to run simulation and function verification.
3.Guide layout engineer to optimize layout.
4.Chip testing and debug.


任职要求：
1.Master in Microelectronics. Electronic Engineering. or related field;
2.Experience in Cadence EDA tools;
3.Speciality in EE and Microelectronic;
4.Experience in one or more of the following circuits is a plus: Audio CODEC；SAR ADC；Sigma-Delta ADC/DAC;
5.Familiar with BCD process is a plus;
6.Good teamwork and communication skills.
