We are looking for a highly organized and proactive ***** Deployment PMO to support the successful execution of our XFE Global Project. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to defined Project Management standards at the ***** level, providing operational support, and driving effective change management.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global transformation initiative, driving structured project execution and effective change adoption at the ***** level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and enforce P58 Project Management processes, methods, and tools for a specific deployment wave.
. Provide operational and administrative support to the ***** Deployment Team Lead and IT Lead.
. Coach the ***** Deployment Team on Project Management processes and their practical application.
· Identify challenges and recommend improvements related to Project Management methodologies and tools.
. Plan, facilitate, and document Lessons Learned workshops.
. Prepare, moderate, and document key project meetings and workshops.
. Lead ***** Change Management and communication efforts.
. Train and support Change Ambassadors to drive ***** adoption.
· Manage project-specific SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and functional email accounts.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
· Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
. Experience in leading international and cross-functional teams.
. Strong analytical mindset, agility, and results orientation.
· Knowledge of Project Management, Communication, and Change Management principles.
