工艺工程师 FOL (WB) 8k-16k

工作职责 Responsibility

熟悉半导体产品流程Familiar with semiconductor product process flow
熟练掌握KNS/ASM/SKW焊线机器至少2种机型；制定铜线产品工艺控制流程Handle KNS/ASM/SKW Wire bonding machine; Define copper wire product process control procedure
处理客户异常及提供8D；处理产线异常产品，并调查发生原因及提出改善行动Deal with customer anomalies and provide 8D report; Follow up and dispose abnormal products in production line, investigate the causes and propose improvement actions
持续优化工艺参数，跟踪质量改善项目，降低异常报废Continue to optimize process parameter, responsible for quality improvement project and reduce abnormal loss
服从直属经理的合理工作安排，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力Obey any other reasonable duties required by the manager, have good cross-departmental communication skills
培训技术员及操作员Train technicians and operators

职位要求：
教育背景 Education Background
Bachelor of Electronic major or related Engineering
大专或本科及以上
工作经验 Working Experience
Minimum 5 years' working experience in Semi-conductor五年及以上半导体工作经验

培训经历
Training Experience
Understand IATF16949 requirements. Experienced in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 5-Why analysis etc.

专业技能 Special Skill
A good team player with good interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills良好的团队合作精神和人际交往能力；良好的问题解决能力
Good English skill in reading and writing 熟练的英文读写能力
