岗位职责：
1、负责新材料，新产品，新Tooling的评估和试生产，能独立完成各种评估和分析报告，形成最后的结论；

Take charge of the new materials, new product, new Tooling's evaluate and SWR, can complete various assessment and analysis reports independently and form the final ；conclusion;
2、 对生产线异常问题进行维护和支持，包括DB/WB Low Yield分析，DOE实验；推动质量、良率、成本控制和持续改进；
Line sustaining & support line abnormal issue in terms of DB/WB low yield troubleshooting, DOE .Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects;
3、与工程部和各部门合作，保持团队和多学科解决问题的方法和产品创新;
Work within engineering group and all departments to maintain team and multi-discipline problem-solving approach and product innovation;
4、跟进客户产品的良率，处理客诉，异常的跟踪反馈并解决；
Follow up customer product yield, deal with customer complaints, abnormal tracking feedback and solution;
5、 生产线工艺的优化和改进，系统新文件/程序的跟进和更新。
Line process optimization and improvement, new document/program follow up & update in system.


任职资格：
1、 本科及以上学历，电子信息、电气工程、计算机应用、半导体器件物理等工科专业；
2、英文要求读写，可独立完成英文报告；
3、 熟悉DOE, SPC, APQP, FMEA，失效分析;掌握8D report；熟练使用各种仪器测量数据；
4、 要求对所在站别的工艺及机型熟练掌握：
BGBM：必须熟练掌握BG或BM一种工艺技术；熟悉BG/BM主流机型的操作及参数编程，异常分析
DS/Package Saw：熟悉主流切割机（Disco/ADT），有所在工序工艺经验；
WB：熟悉WB主流机型（KNS/ASM）的操作及参数编程，异常分析；铜钱必须会金线、铜钱、银线、合金线工艺中至少2种；其中WB（AL）：必须会铝线工艺；
DB：熟悉DB主流机型（ASM/Shinkawa/ESEC）的操作及参数编程，异常分析；银胶、共晶工艺必须会一种；
Molding：熟悉主流塑封机（ASM/Fico/Dai-ichi），熟练掌握Molding工艺；
Plating：熟悉电镀工艺，有项目外包管理经理；
TF：熟悉Trim & Form机型（Fico/CPC），熟练掌握切筋工艺。
