    职位描述:

    职位摘要SUMMARY
    负责公司亚太区ERP(SAP)系统中SD、PP等功能模块的日常维护,异常处理,迁移,升级及优化。
    Be responsible for the daily maintenance, exception trouble shooting and migration or upgrade or improvement for the function modules of SD & PP etc. in ERP(SAP) system within Asia Pacific.

    工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. 遵守并部署公司全球信息标准及政策。
    Comply and deploy the global IT standards and policies.
    2. 基于IT服务管理中的服务等级协议,解决超级用户在Service Now提交或最终用户上升到超级用户的各种SAP操作问题。未解决的问题及时上升到上一级。
    Based on the SLA of ITSM, resolve all kinds of SAP operation problem requested from super user or escalated from end users to super user on ServiceNow and escalate to next level timely for those unresolved issues.
    3. 负责与各业务部门的超级用户对接,收集相关的业务需求并归档。
    Interact with super user from each business department to collect related business requirement then document.
    4. 负责与总部SAP核心团队或外部SAP顾问对接,推动新功能的开发、实施及现有功能的持续优化或是系统迁移、更新升级。
    Work together with Corp. SAP core team or external SAP consultant, to drive the development & implementation of new function and continuous improvement on existing function or the system update or migrate or upgrade.
    5. 负责SAP系统测试、编辑测试脚本或文档、更新系统设计及培训文档。
    Be responsible for SAP system test, create test script or document and upgrade system designment and training documentation.
    6. 编制问题清单、详细记录问题的解决过程及解决方案并更新团队知识库。
    Create issue list, record detail problem resolving procedure and solutions and upgrade team knowledge warehouse.
    7. 发展、培训及管理SAP超级用户及其继任者。
    Develop, train and management SAP super user and the successors.
    8. 推动并执行公司CIS政策规则,应用CIS各种工具或活动来去除或减少浪费并持续优化业务流程以创造价值。
    Drive and carry out CIS policies and rules and apply all kinds of CIS tools or activities include change management, problem solving, RPS, visual management, 5S, tiered accountability, kaizen, LSW etc. to eliminate or reduce waste and keep continuous improving on business process to create value.
    9. 经理或领导安排的其他工作。
    Other tasks the leader or Manager assigned.

    职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
    1. 大专或以上软件或计算机应用或信息技术相关领域毕业。
    College’s degree or above in software or computer application or information technology related field.
    2. 至少5年SAP ECC或S4工作经验,不考虑Business One。
    Minimum of 5 years’ work experience of SAP ECC or S4 NOT Business one.
    3. 至少有一个SAP ECC实施或优化项目的全生命周期经验。
    At least 1 full life cycle experience of SAP ECC implementation or improvement project.
    4. 熟悉SAP ECC的SD和PP功能模块,对其他模块有一定了解。
    Be familiar with SAP function modules MM & PP and understand other modules.
    5. 熟悉SAP ECC中SD及PP二个模块的详细流程及系统操作,包括但不限于报价、售销订单、出货单、出库、发票、生产计划、物料需求计划、车间管理、生产成本。
    Be familiar with the detail process flow and system operation in both SAP function module SD and PP, include but not limit quotation, sale order, outbound delivery order, post good issue, invoice, production planning, MRP, shop floor control and production cost.
    6. 比较强的系统分析技巧与能力,可以阅读技术说明。
    Strong analytical skills and ability to read technical specification.
    7. 能展现时间管理和任务优先级的逻辑和结构化方法。
    To demonstrate a logical and structured approach to time management and task prioritization.
    8. 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通技巧。
    Excellent written and oral communication skill in English & Chinese.
    9. 优先考虑良好的工作态度和强烈学习或钻研意愿。
    Good attitude to work and strong willingness to learn or research is the preferred.
    10. 较强的跨团队沟通和协作能力,工作主动、积极、独立。
    Strong cross team communication & collaboration skill, working in proactively and independently manner.
