Job Description
1. Mainly work for the SW development of power electronic product.
主要工作在电力电子产品的软件开发.
2. Analyze software requirement and finish corresponding documentation.
分析软件需求，完成相关文档工作.
3. Complete software design and implementation according to the requirements.
根据需求，完成软件设计与实现工作.
4. Do the development test together with HW engineers and solve the software issue.
与硬件同事一起完成开发测试，并解决软件问题.
5. Participant in peer review for design and coding.
参与设计和编码的同行评审.
6. Support department manager for team management.
协助部门经理参与部门的管理工作.
7. Close communication with project team.
与项目团队保持紧密联系.

Necessary Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering related field.
电气工程相关专业本科以上学历.
2. Master in DCDC&OBC software development, at least one full life-cycle development in the related field.
掌握DCDC与OBC的软件开发，至少一个完整的相关项目开发经验.
3. Master in power electronic circuit and modeling power electronic product and analyze control loop.
掌握电力电子相关的电路与建模，同时能进行环路分析.
4. Master in the usage of measuring equipment such as oscilloscope, power analyzer, Bode 100 etc.
掌握相关测量设备，例如示波器，功率分析仪，Bode 100等.
5. Good communication and presentation skills.
良好的沟通和表达技巧.
6. Open mind and teamwork spirit.
思路开发，具备团队合作精神.
7. Fluent English and being able to communicate with global team.
英语流利, 能与global team 沟通.
