PROJECT MANAGER 20k-40k

Key responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of laser processing systems and automated manufacturing equipment. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating engineering activities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in automation or laser technologies, combined with excellent leadership and project management skills.
80Lead end-to-end project execution for R&D
80Define customer’s requirements
80Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
80Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineers
80Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
80Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication across teams
80Oversee procurement, vendor management, and integration of third-party components
80Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements
80Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and executive updates
Qualifications
80Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Physics, Laser Engineering or related field
80A degree in Project Management or equivalent
80Minimum 5 years of experiences in project management
80Proven experience managing complex engineering projects in automation, laser systems, or manufacturing
80Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management
80Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
80Strong understanding of industrial equipment development lifecycle and system integration
80Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
80Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment
80Independent, well organized, responsible with good communication skills and strong analytical skills
80Excellent documentation abilities
80Fluent in Mandarin and English (Plus is Korean)
Preferred Personality Traits
80PMP or equivalent project management certification
80Experience in semiconductor, automotive, or precision manufacturing industries
80Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and high-precision equipment standards
80Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and regulatory compliance
