电气调试工程师 10k-20k

工作职责：
1.Be capable of independently completing the software development and on-site debugging of automotive equipment systems, and cooperate with mechanical debugging. Complete the debugging of electrical hardware and software and production support tasks on time according to the functional description and inspection list. Experience in the debugging of coating workshop processes and conveying equipment is preferred.
能独立完成汽车设备系统的软件开发与现场调试工作，并配合机械调试，按功能说明和检查清单，按时完成电气硬件与软件的调试及生产支持任务，有涂装车间工艺及输送设备调试经验优先。
2.Write and file commissioning reports, and ultimately deliver equipment systems that meet customer requirements and are cost-effective.
编写并归档调试报告，最终交付符合客户需求且具备成本效益的设备系统。
3.Respond quickly to and handle on-site commissioning issues; keep abreast of customer needs in real-time, provide timely feedback to the project management and design teams, and assist in their improvement efforts; summarize and share experiences and lessons learned in software design and commissioning.
快速响应并妥善处理现场调试过程中出现的问题；实时掌握客户需求，及时向项目管理和设计团队反馈，并协助其持续改进；同时，总结分享软件设计与调试中的经验教训。
4.Complete the modification and update of on-site software based on the template program to ultimately meet functional requirements.
根据模板程序，完成现场软件的修改与更新，确保最终满足功能需求。
5.Complete customer software training and on-site operation guidance according to project requirements.
按照项目要求，为客户开展软件培训及现场操作指导。
6.Assist other teams with software support work, such as after-sales and warranty, to facilitate and ensure the smooth acceptance of the project.
协助其他团队处理售后、质保等软件支持工作，以确保项目顺利验收并推进项目进展。

任职要求：
1. College degree or above in automation, electrical engineering, electrical automation, or related fields.
大专及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、电气自动化或相关专业。
2. Familiar with automated control systems and proficient in programming languages; Siemens control systems are preferred（TIA portal and WinCC）.
熟悉自动化控制系统，熟练掌握编程语言；熟悉西门子控制系统（TIA Portal 和 WinCC）优先考虑。
3. Basic understanding of AB, Mitsubishi control systems; proficient in human-machine interface (HMI); and basic skills in software design and debugging.
基本了解AB、三菱控制系统；精通人机界面（HMI）；并具备基本的软件设计与调试技能。
4. 3 years or more of work experience, with at least 2 years in the automotive engineering field is better.
具备3年以上工作经验，其中至少2年汽车工程领域经验者更佳。
5. Priority will be given to those who can have simple oral ommunication in English.
英语能进行简单口语交流优先。
6. Strong communication skills, execution ability, and team collaboration.
较强的沟通能力、执行能力及团队协作能力。
7. Willing to cooperate with business trips.
愿配合出差。
