Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Engineer to join our HRIS team. This position is primarily responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support of the company’s existing Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with a focus on Workday. The ideal candidate will ensure the stable and efficient operation of internal HR systems and deliver reliable IT technical services and support to employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Workday HRIS platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for HR system issues reported by users.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement configuration changes.
Monitor system integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or modules.
Train and support end-users to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with system integrations, reporting, and security configuration is a plus.
