SI Engineer 系统集成工程师 15k-25k

Responsibilities：
1. Lead the system integration and validation of the entire Cockpit Module Architecture in close cooperation with Product Engineers and Customer Office Manager 与产品工程师，客户经理紧密合作，主导整个驾驶舱模块的系统集成及验证
2. optimization of the cockpit modular architecture in terms of assemblability, robustness, centering concepts and noises 针对驾驶舱可装配性、稳定性、定位方式和噪音进行优化
3. ensure the efficiency of RPS (Reference Point System) alignment concept of the subcomponents during design and engineering phase 确保设计和工程阶段 驾驶舱各零部件的RPS定位方案的有效性
4. Manage interfaces and centering concepts between Cockpit Parts · 负责驾驶舱各部件之间的接口和整合
5. Responsible to participate in Simultaneous Engineering Meetings with critical suppliers 参与和主要供应商之间的同步技术会议
6. Implementation of improvement proposals coming from DFA analyses together with development team 与产品开发组协作，实现基于DFA分析所产出的一些改进方案
7. Interface for technical departments of the customer for assembly process issues and improvement solutions 与客户技术部门对接关于产品组装过程中相关问题并讨论解决方案
8. Ensure cockpit technical functionality in accordance with customer requirements, package requirements, product specifications, cockpit manufacturability, cockpit assembly sequence, vehicle installation, serviceability and legal requirements ·确保驾驶舱在技术功能上能满足客户需求，包装要求，产品规范，制造能力，组装步骤，主车安装，服务可行性及法规的要求
9. Support the Program Manager on target follow up on fixing concept, wiring harness routing, and structure (time, cost, weight) · 协助项目经理，追踪支架构造，线束排布和结构(时间，成本，重量)
10. Lead internal and external Design Reviews · 主导内、外部设计评审
11. Participate and/or lead Cockpit Integration Team Meetings · 参加和/或领导驾驶舱集成小组会议
12. Document program progress during product and process development phase until SOP · 负责在产品和工艺流程开发至SOP 阶段记录项目进度
13. Comply with the "code of ethics" and "code of management" 充分遵守道德规范和管理规范

Requirements：
1. Experience in automotive industry (> 3 years) 3年以上相关行业经验
2. Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable 机械工程相关学位
3. Computer proficiency in CATIA V5，DMU software tools, MS Office , Autocad LT 精通CATIA V5, DMU软件工具以及微软办公软件等
4. Project management, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA and MTM 精通项目管理, 精益生产以及熟悉FMEA以及MTM
5. Creation and validation of technical documents (if necessary with corresponding software) 技术文件的编制以及验证（如有必要，还需配备相应软件经验）
6. Very good communication and interpersonal skills相对出色的沟通以及人际交往能力
7. Ability for teamwork团队协作能力
8. Demonstrated competencies in the areas of analysis and problem solving出色的分析，解决问题的能力
9. Good English skills, both written and oral. 良好的英语口语及书面英语
