- Arrange the team to install our product on the customer side and finish the installation record
- Travel to the customer side and provide technological support and Installation training.
- Create and update working instruction/installation reports and other documents to meet quality requirements.
- Responsible for installation quality. Collect and summarize the product failure information from technician and client, find the root cause and work with R&D,quality and production team to fix the problem..
- Be responsible for installation team performance management,Set up goals and evaluation for the team and individual goals. To improve team efficiency.
- Coaching team new product and technical skill and lead improvement to the team ability.
