Main tasks and responsibilities

61 According to the Test Procedure and SOP, combined with the product configuration and requirements, make the performance test of the products, and do the test line calibration regularly as needed to ensure both testing line and products are meet the quality of the requirements.
根据测试流程和SOP，并结合产品配置和要求，对产品进行性能测试，并按需要定期对测试线进行校准，确保成品性能质量符合需求
61 Report abnormalities during the test in a timely manner, as a part of the problem analysis team to analyze the cause, trouble shooting and make improvements.
及时汇报在测试中出现的异常，协助问题分析小组对问题进行原因分析，问题解决并进行改进。
61 Perform electrical assembly according to wiring diagrams, familiar with electrical components and electrical wiring installation / 根据电路图进行电气装配配线, 熟悉电气元器件及电气配线安装。
61 Actively participate in process improvement proposals during test, optimize testing efficiency and reduce production costs, and cooperate with engineers to conduct specific test program if need.
积极参与测试过程的工艺改进提案，优化测试效率并降低生产成本，配合工程师进行特定的测试试验
61 If necessary, can actively participate with the on-site installation, problem solving and commissioning / 如果有需要，需要配合到现场进行安装调试，问题解决.
61 Working environment 5S, and following factory EHS / 负责工区的5S以及遵守工厂的环境、安全、健康管理规定
61 Compliance with company’s regulations, and “Code of Conduct”/ 遵守公司各项规章制度，以及苏尔寿商业行为规范
61 Other tasks assigned by supervisor/ 其它主管布置的工作.

Educational background
61 College/Diploma or above 大专及以上学历
61 Fluid engineering, Mechanical-Electrical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electrical automation engineering major related 流体工程、 机电一体化、电气工程、电气自动化及相关专业。

Professional experience
61 2+ years of related working experiences in industry environment, expertise and knowledge with compressor and electrical testing. Maintenance, and repair experiences are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduate with related knowledge is welcomed. 2年以上机械电气行业相关工作经验，有空压机及电气测试经验，有相关维修及保养经验优先。相关知识的优秀应届毕业生也可。
61 Proficient in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and knowledge of routine component applications; 熟练阅读电气原理图、接线图，掌握常规元件应用知识
61 Holding an electrician's license 持有电工证。
61 Experience of using crane and forklift is preferred 有使用行车和叉车经验者优先.
