Duties & Responsibilities
●New products investigate and development, provide the technical support in new product design and new assembly process.
●According to the advanced technology in the industry, actively develop new processes and new methods suitable for our products and enhance internal process capabilities through equipment transformation or process innovation.
●Communicate with customers and provide timely, accurate and professional technical support.
●Provide engineering and technical support for operation department.
●Optimization the process and continuous improvement for volume product.
●Focus on the market application, enrich the industry knowledge, and accumulate the market information.
●Cooperate with quality engineers to improve testing methods, measurement instruments and solve customer complaints.

Qualification & Requirements
●Doctor degree, major in optics, optical communication, laser, or optoelectronics related field.
●Proficient in English writing and speaking.
●Experience in optical, laser and opto-mechanical module/system development is preferred.
●Comprehend the characteristic parameters, technical difficulties and application methods in optics, laser, instrumentation, optical communication fields.
●Familiar with testing methods and testing equipment of optical products.
●Familiar with design of optics and opto-mechanical system, using software such as ZEMAX, Code V, SolidWorks etc.
