1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineer, system engineer, robotics or related fields.

2. 10+ years of leadership experience in engineer, management within the material handling, robotics or automation industry.

3. Strong background in CAN protocols (design, implementation and troubleshooting). Proven track record in AMR/AGV development from concept to launch.

4. Coding proficiency in C/C++ and/or working knowledge of Python, ROS or similar frameworks.

5. Familiarity with safety standards ( EN1175, ISO3691-4, IEC61508, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
