Position Overview
To successfully fulfill this role, candidates must be capable of effectively performing the following primary responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities
Design and plan electrical systems for industrial engineering projects.
Participate in selecting electrical equipment (e.g., transformers, switchgear, motors, PLC controllers), compile equipment technical specifications and procurement lists, and assist in reviewing supplier documentation and quotations.
Review electrical construction drawings (including system diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, etc.), guide construction teams in executing installations according to drawings, and resolve technical issues during on-site electrical installation and commissioning.
Develop electrical system commissioning plans, participate in equipment power-up testing and interlock commissioning, ensuring safe and stable electrical system operation that meets project acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with other project teams (e.g., mechanical, automation, civil engineering) to coordinate electrical interfaces with other disciplines, ensuring overall project schedule adherence.
Organize electrical system technical documentation, prepare operating manuals and maintenance procedures, and participate in project completion acceptance and subsequent technical support.
Lead electrical/automation projects and exercise strong management over suppliers.
Conduct regular project meetings.
Oversee project management to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery.
Coordinate daily with users and closely monitor project status updates.
Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications. These requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical design or field management for industrial engineering projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in English.
Strong coordination skills.
Excellent report writing abilities.
Proficient in CAD software, Microsoft Project, and project management skills, with the ability to apply them flexibly in daily work.
Experience with BEV projects is preferred.
Familiarity with various facility building systems and relevant experience.
Preference given to candidates holding relevant certifications such as Registered Electrical Engineer or Low-Voltage Electrician License; must possess strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Strong on-site problem-solving abilities.
Extensive experience in fire protection system retrofits.
Rich experience in automation projects.

候选人要求

教育与经验

拥有电气工程、电力系统及相关专业本科及以上学历。
具备7年以上工业工程项目电气设计或现场管理经验。

知识、技能与能力

具备良好的英语能力。
具备良好的协调能力。
具备良好的报告撰写能力。
熟练掌握CAD软件、Microsoft Project及项目管理技能，并能在日常工作中灵活应用。
有BEV项目经验者优先。
熟悉设施建筑各系统，并具备相关经验。
持有注册电气工程师、低压电工证等相关证书者优先；需具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。
具备良好的现场问题解决能力。
拥有丰富的消防系统改造经验。
具备丰富的自动化项目经验。
