Responsibilities:
61 Responsible for creative graphic design and visual identity development for the marketing department of commercial real estate projects; participate in brand positioning and visual strategy formulation.
61 Design visual materials for shopping mall campaigns, promotions, and both online and offline communications, ensuring consistency and high visual quality.
61 Establish and maintain the brand’s visual system to ensure alignment with the overall brand identity.
61 Deliverables include key visuals (KV), promotional posters, marketing pages, brand brochures, and project booklets.
61 Participate in the optimization of wayfinding and spatial visual systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
61 Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure visual design aligns with brand strategy and business needs.
61 Contribute to creative ideation and brainstorming for new projects, providing professional design insights and creative direction.
61 Stay informed of global design trends and emerging AI-driven creative technologies to continuously enhance the team’s creative capabilities.
61 Manage project timelines and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of design work.
61 Liaise with external design agencies and advertising partners to ensure smooth execution of outsourced creative work.
61 Provide creative visual support for major events, exhibitions, and brand campaigns.
Requirements:
61 6 years+ of relevant experience in graphic design, with senior-level experience at advertising agencies or leading developers/brand companies.
61 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID) and familiar with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Stable Diffusion.
61 Strong artistic foundation and refined visual sensibility, with excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
61 Experience with large-scale branding or commercial real estate projects is preferred.
61 Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and partners effectively.
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields; overseas education or award-winning portfolio is a plus.
61 Passionate about design innovation and new technologies, with the ability to integrate AI tools into the creative process.
