Specific job responsibilities*具体工作内容：
1. Maintain and improve the company's management systems(ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 and IATF 16949) to ensure its effective operation;
维护并改善公司管理体系(ISO9001/14001/45001/50001以及IATF 16949)，确保其有效运行;
2. Plan, maintain and update of internal/external documents of the company's management systems, including manuals, procedure documents, operation instructions and forms, etc; 公司体系内/外部文件策划、维护及更新，包括手册、程序文件、作业指导书以及表格等;
3. Organize the internal audit of annual management system; 组织开展年度管理体系的内部审核;
4. Collect input materials for annual management review meeting，Host management review meeting and follow-up of problems; 年度管理评审会议输入材料的收集整理，主持管理评审及会后问题项跟进;
5. Collect and follow up the achievement of the company's objectives, and track the improvement of the non-conforming departments; 收集并跟进公司体系目标的实现情况，对于未达标的部门跟踪改善情况;
6. Organize and coordinate second-party audit and third-party audit: Coordinate the second-party audit of customers and external audit of management system; 组织协调第二方审核和第三方审核：组织协调客户的第二方审核，及管理体系外审工作;
7. Plan and carry out relevant management system training; 策划开展相关管理体系培训;
8. Organize annual supplier audit; 组织开展年度供应商审核;
9. Other affairs assigned by leader; 主管交办的其他事务.
