岗位职责:
87 Define ops digitization structure through requirement collection and analysis:
85 Collect, analyze, and interpret production-related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
85 Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.
85 Create insightful visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI to support decision-making.
85 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and intelligent manufacturing projects.
85 Maintain and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
87 System/report development and implementation
85 Lead or involve into plant operation digitalization system (such as MES, ERP, SCADA, EMS, power BI, CMMS, TPM, kanban/dashboard etc.) selection, development, test and implementation
85 Apply data platform to measure ops related effectiveness & efficiency, and drive problem solving, improvement upon data system
85 Lead data gather system planning and deployment to ensure critical process/equipment data accuracy
85 Lead system menu/SOP initiation and updating, and coordinate for new system implementation project
85 Lead digitalization system maintenance, debug and improvements
87 Lead digitalization project to achieve strategy
岗位要求:
87 Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines.
87 3 years above on related manufacturing experience, especially on new digitalization project success experience
87 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
87 >=1 coding language (such as Python, C#, JAVA…) and hands-on Beckwith Python and SQL Server for data handling and analysis is preferred.
87 Understand commonly used industrial communication protocols and basic knowledge of PLC
87 Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
87 Good project leadership and coordination ability
87 Problem solving ability and customer orientation
87 Excellent insight on future digitalization structure
