61Scope: NEA region; collaboration with Sales & Order Handling and super-user communities; cross-regional and Group IT alignment.
61Solution portfolio: DRM, Online Order, PMS, Local Quotation (subject to roadmap changes), including related integrations and data domains.
61Governance: Operate under Group IT Solution Owner standards and governance (CAB, Stage-Gate, master data, documentation, compliance).
Main tasks
61Coordinate change & release management (requirements clarification, impact assessment, UAT, deployment, rollback, release notes) under CAB and Stage Gate.
61Own access governance and authorization models; perform periodic reviews and audits; maintain master data usage guidelines and configuration baselines.
61Build and maintain solution documentation: architecture, interface list, runbook/SOP, release records, FAQ/knowledge base.
61Monitor and improve operational KPIs; drive root cause analysis and preventive improvements for major issues.
61Co-create process improvements with business; prioritize and funnel into the roadmap; leverage Power Platform capabilities where appropriate.
61Plan and deliver training/adoption activities (super users, user guides, quick videos, release communications).
61Coordinate vendors/outsourcing (dev/support) to deliver within scope/quality/budget; evaluate and onboard best practices.
61Lead project to operations Gate 5 handover and acceptance using Group handover checklists.
61Support global solution implementation in NEA: engage stakeholders, prepare data & access, execute localization checks, manage cutover, organize hypercare and transition to steady state; in addition to the above content, there are development and data integration tasks for NEA regional solution implementation.
61Oversee daily support (incl. L1/L2 coordination with GSD/vendors) and operate a transparent regional improvement collection and prioritization backlog; convert qualified items into CRs with clear acceptance criteria.
