DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities :
1. Manage and develop teams in delivering to BU / PMO NPI pipeline and KPIs
2. Portfolio management and stakeholder reporting.
3. Manage and govern New Product Development Process.

Specific Responsibilities :
1. Project Management and Planning
a. Establish and manage Project Portfolio visibility with Product Managers and Plants to govern plan NPI Release pipeline
b. Balance capacity loading to facilitate new product pipeline plan release
c. Define & Develop PMO (Project Management Office) expectations in Project Scope/Schedule/Cost/Quality governance to achieve / exceed planned NPI releases KPI deliverables
2. Lead cross-functional team
Calibrate Customer Voice and Expectations to establish charter and scope , developing plans and manufacturing strategies to meet project, program and portfolio objectives.
a. Work with Group Product and Engineering Managers on BU Pipeline strategies
b. Develop and streamline project workstream between global cross functional stakeholders to improve project execution
c. Collaborate with plants to deliver manufacturing NPI milestones
3. Monitor and Track Project activities for management reviews and escalate barriers for resolution.
4. Develop a flexible & dynamic project team capable of meeting variable projects demand
a. Set standards for each project
b. Identify gaps and facilitate training and development of people
c. Advancing the teams development guided by PBM framework
5. Collaborate with Product Design/ AQP/ Product Compliance/ NPI Assembly and Reliability lab to improve / transform the New Product Development Process.
6. Generate periodic PSBU Performance indicators for management reviews and actions.
7. To take on special / strategic projects as assigned by Supervisor / BU

WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: 61 Min 3-6 years of Industrial working experience, with some supervisory experience
PREFERRED: 61 Preferably with 5 years in Project or equivalent Field
61 Worked in Global distributed networks
61 Some skills in handling customer and good in System Thinking
61 Held Supervisory role for at least 3+ years

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED: 61 365 Office or equivalent application.
PREFERRED: 61 Experienced with SAP system preferred
61 Knowledge and Application GenAI tools ( eg. Copilot)
61 Agile Project Management knowledge / experience
61 Team / Talent Development
61 Proficiency in spoken / written English Language
