JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Transformation Intern supports the company’s digitalization initiatives by assisting in the deployment of new business systems, AI and automation tool.
This role exists to strengthen the connection between IT and business teams, ensuring that digital projects run smoothly, data is utilized effectively, and new technologies are introduced to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Assist the PMO in promoting and supporting the adoption of digital tools across the organization.
61 Participate in testing and deployment of internal AI tools (e.g., RAG, OCR, Knowledge Base).
61 Support digital project performance monitoring and health reporting.
61 Coordinate with business units to collect user needs and feedback.
61 Help organize internal AI and digital tool training sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
61 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress, majoring in Information Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
61 Familiar with at least one digital or analytical tool (Power BI, SQL Script,Power Automate, or Python).
61 Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
61 Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
