The engineer for automation equipment is responsible for the
conception and determination of customized solutions in order tofulfill the internal project specification. Therefore the AUEN is in
exchange with the internal team and external supplier base to
define potential automation concepts and related costs. In addition
the engineer is responsible to review existing production processes
and carry out potential improvements of running projects.
Functional Tasks
70 Analyzing and processing of complex tasks in automation- / electrical engineering
70 Developing customized solutions / concepts in terms of functionality, performance and costs
70 Built-up of new supply-chain for assembly- / and automation equipment
70 Defining technical specification and communicating with extern suppliers
70 Reviewing existing production process and developing potential improvement possibilities
70 Determining project cost and schedules of new equipment and investments
70 Implementation of software solutions (e.g. PLC's, robot and handling programs)
70 Creation of equipment documentation (operational manual, diagrams, fluid plans etc.)
