Position Responsibilities:
1.Assist the General Manager in formulating corporate strategic plans, business development strategies, and annual operational plans, and drive their implementation.
2.Oversee the company's overall operations management, particularly project operations and coordination, with accountability for key performance indicators including business objectives, operational efficiency, and cost control.
3.Manage departments including Quality, Production, Logistics, EHS, Process, Engineering, Procurement, and Planning.
4.Establish and refine the company's internal management system, optimize business processes, and ensure projects meet scheduled timelines.
5.Maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-departmental teams, senior management, and colleagues; provide timely updates on plant operations, issues, and solutions to leadership.
6.Conduct operational performance evaluations by analyzing operational data and comparing against established targets, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures.
7.Participate in audits (internal audits, customer audits, product audits, and layered audits).
8.Complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
1.Associate degree or higher in relevant fields such as mechanical engineering or management. 2. At least eight years of operational management experience in large or medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
2.Proficiency in production operations processes, with experience coordinating production, material control, quality assurance, and warehouse management.
4. Strong operational and production management capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Fluent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with conversational skills for daily work and teleconferencing.
7. Able to accept business trips and overseas assignments.
8. Good planning, guidance, coordination and decision-making ability.
