Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management Excellence: Own the full lifecycle of global traceability projects—from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
2. Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the central point of coordination across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and marketing teams. Build consensus and maintain momentum by translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
3. Executive Reporting & Documentation: Deliver crisp, data-backed updates to senior leadership. Maintain rigorous project documentation (e.g., Gantt charts, dashboards, timesheets) to ensure transparency and accountability.
4. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and roadblocks. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard timelines and deliverables.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary teams with clarity and purpose. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across global time zones.
6. Process Optimization: Champion best practices in project management and traceability operations. Continuously refine workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Guide teams in collecting and analyzing project data to inform decisions, improve outcomes, and enhance product performance.
Person Specifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on project management experience in tech or manufacturing. Experience managing international projects and traceability systems is highly preferred.
3. Communication Skills: Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4. Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
5. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with software development lifecycles and data analytics platforms.
