The SAP B1 Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of SAP B1 system projects within the BEUMER Group.
Needs frequent overseas business trip.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage SAP B1 projects, including implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
2. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure successful delivery in the organization.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including global IT, business stakeholders in the group companies.
4. Ensure global SAP B1 rollout template meets business needs and comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Facilitate communication between rollout team and business users from group companies.
6. Facilitate change management activities and user training to support SAP B1 adoption.
7. Support ***** project manager of the group company to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues.
8. Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, and key milestones to senior management as well as steering committee.
9. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
10. Continuously evaluate and optimize SAP B1 system performance and functionality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fluent English skills.
3. Travel frequency, around 6 overseas business trips per year.
4. Work under pressure and straight forward communication style.
5. Experience in managing ERP projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
6. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system functionalities and integration.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
9. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
11. Experience with data migration, system integration, and user training is a plus.
12. Cooperation working experience in cross countries and culture preferred.
13. Good business acumen.
