Job responsibilities:
1.Act as the key communication channel with the client and the project management team of the company; responsible solution Driver for Customer Project Portfolio – from Design, Process, Manufacturing, troubleshooting, quality till smooth ramp;
2.Provide leadership to the project team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team, make sure the program run smoothly.
3.With RRD's full authority to be overall responsible for project scope, project milestone and schedule, project quality, project delivery and project cost.
4.Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans and escalate such risks to the company management if necessary.
5.Utilize all available resources, or get both internal and external department supports to achieve program goal.
6.Provide the accurate project status report to the company management in a timely manner; Conduct the change management for the project, review and approve the changes occurred to the project.
7.Comprehend and analyze customers’ needs and provide corresponding integrated solutions to fulfill customers’ requirements maximally.
8.Host meeting to handle all external & internal staff, maintain and develop relationships with clients via on site/virtual meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Job requirements:
1.At least 5+ years Sales/ Sales Support experience in project management;
2.Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;
3.Excellent in English (oral & written) & computer operation;
4.Experience in consultancy to customers a presentation & communication skills, open mind and team work spirit;
5.Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance;
6.Aggressive, Positive & Proactive attitude;
7.Project & Process management experience.
