Job Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide technical support for automotive grade motor drive chips and current sensors, including product selection, application scheme design, technical consultation and etc.
Assist customers in solving technical problems encountered during product development, provide technical support, and ensure that customers can well use our products.
Collect customer feedback information and promptly feedback to the R&D team to promote product improvement and optimization.
Product Pitching
Work closely with the sales team for customer visits, do product demonstrations, introduce the advantages and features of our products to customers, and improve product visibility and market share.
Participate in industry exhibitions and technical seminars, showcase our products and technologies, establish contact with potential customers.
Project Management
Be responsible for following up on customer project progress, coordinate internal resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain good communication with customers, understand changes in customer needs, and promptly adjust project plans.
Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience
More than 3 years of technical support experience in the field of automotive sensors, familiar with automotive electronics industry standards and specifications.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Familiar with the working principles, application technologies, and testing methods of motor drive chips (microcontrollers) and current sensors.
Proficient in circuit design, PCB layout, hardware debugging, and other skills, and able to use common testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
Familiar with automotive electronic system architecture, understand automotive motor control systems and current detection technology.
Possess good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand English technical documents, and communicate with global team colleagues.
Other Requirements
Possess good communication skills and team spirit, able to collaborate effectively with customers, sales teams, quality teams, and distribution partners.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and stress resistance, able to quickly locate and solve problems in complex technical environments.
Willing to travel, possess good customer service awareness and dedication.
