Global Product Manager 26k-35k

General Description:
1、Portfolio steering
- Facilitate discussion with stakeholders to come to a globally aligned product portfolio
- Manage product life cycle, including product and raw material harmonization etc
2、New Product Development & Launch
- Provide input into R&D & Innovation project discussions as member of the core team
- Evaluate effect on other customers for customization requests of existing products, approve recipe adaptations accordingly, prepare customer communication
- Evaluate / challenge the business case for New Product Requests (gatekeeper)
- Coordinate Request-to-Market process for approved New Product Requests etc
3、Portfolio Risk Management
- Facilitate exchange on raw material risk management topics and provide input
- Support PSS on compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements etc
4、Production Cost Optimization
- Provide strategic input from the market for manufacturing decisions made by operations, including tolling and *****ization options etc
5、Data Management
- Provide tools to make the aligned global FOCUS product portfolio transparent and established as a 67single-point of truth“ etc
6、Branding
- Manage product brands and naming (approvals, registration) etc
7、Sales Enablement
- Provide input into customer approval process, upon request of GKAM or sales / marketing for those accounts where no GKAM exists etc

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
- 8 years of work experience in relevant fields chemicals
- Team player with prior experience in project management
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Willingness and ability to travel and support globally
