Responsibilities:
New project and mass production support; maintain and optimize the assembly and test machines & process.
新项目和量产项目支持，维护和优化组装、焊接及测试设备与工艺。
1. Troubleshooting of assembly, welding, and test equipment in production lines.
生产线组装、焊接及测试设备故障排除解决。
2. Interpret test specifications for new projects; output measurement and control solutions.
新项目测试规格解读；测控方案输出。
3. Lead improvement projects for equipment downtime and yield; output relevant reports.
主导设备宕机率与良率改善专案，并输出相关报告。
4. Draw the acceptance standard and verify new equipment, such as cycle time, FTY, Calibration, down time, SPC and others in machine specification.
对新设备制定接收标准，如节拍时间，一次通过率，当机率，SPC及参照设备规格书的其他规定.
5. Develop and update process documents: layout, flowchart, PFMEA, WI, preventive maintenance, etc.
编写与更新工艺文件：布局图、流程图、PFMEA、作业指导书、设备预防保养等。
6. Provide technical training to line leaders and engineers.
对产线组长及工程师进行技术培训。
7. Cooperate with other departments on new support introduction, yield improvement and technical support.
与其他部门合作，导入新项目、良率提升及技术支持。
8. Other assignment by supervisor.
主管安排的其他工作。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, mechanical, electronics or automation related major.
**本科学历，机械、电子或自动化相关专业。
2. 3 years experience in equipment maintenance/development; experience in automotive assembly/welding/test is preferred.
3年以上设备维护/开发经验；有汽车行业组装/焊接/测试设备经验者优先。
3. Hands-on skills in electrical/measurement & control; familiar with PLC, servo, vision systems, NI cards, etc.
动手能力强，偏电气/测控技术，熟悉PLC、伺服、视觉系统、NI采集卡等。
4. Proactive, well-organized; able to work under hardships with good professional ethics, service awareness, and teamwork spirit.
积极主动，条理性强，能够吃苦耐劳，具有良好的职业操守、服务意识和团队合作精神。
5. Basic English written and oral skills.
基本的英文书面和口语能力。
