Global Colorist Manager 15k-30k

Job Responsibilities
1. Color solution design and optimization
Customize the color management process based on customer needs, including equipment calibration, ICC configuration file generation, color consistency control, etc; Use X-rite professional tools for color data collection and analysis, and provide technical optimization suggestions.
2. Technical support
Provide color management technology consulting and on-site support to global suppliers; Assist global suppliers in mastering core color management skills and improving production efficiency.
3. Cross departmental collaboration and project management
Collaborate closely with global R&D and sales teams to ensure efficient project advancement and smooth implementation;
4. Ensure efficient progress and smooth implementation of the project
Use color spaces (such as Lab, RGB, CMYK), color difference formulas (Δ E), and
Professional knowledge of color management processes (such as G7, ISO 12647), reasonable allocation of resources, and coordination of various departments
Ensure the smooth completion of the project according to the scheduled time and quality requirements through the work between them.
5. Improve the efficiency of color management
Guide global teams in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), ColorThink, etc
Under the software, analyze and manage color data to improve the efficiency of color management.
6. Use professional tools for color data collection and analysis

7. Establish a color system

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in color science, printing engineering, computer graphics, optical engineering, or related majors;
2. Experience in color management projects in the printing, packaging, and display industries
3. Proficient in X-rite management tools and possessing strong technical and practical abilities;
4. Excellent communication and expression skills, with cross-cultural team collaboration experience, able to adapt to long-term business trips;
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of handling international communication work;
