Privacy Intern
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Privacy Intern to join our Global Privacy Office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in privacy and data protection while supporting our global privacy programs. The Privacy Intern will assist in various tasks related to data protection, and privacy initiatives across the organization in APAC and Globally.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Support Privacy Compliance: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.
61 Policy and Procedure Development: Assist in drafting and updating privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines.
61 Training and Awareness: Support the development and delivery of privacy training and awareness programs for employees, e.g., Global Privacy Newsletter; Privacy Intelligence Report etc.
61 Vendor Management: Help review and assess privacy practices of third-party vendors and partners.
61 Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging privacy trends, regulations, and best practices.
61 Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on privacy-related activities and metrics.
Qualifications:
61 Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
61 Strong interest in privacy, data protection, and compliance.
61 Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
61 Excellent in oral and written English.
61 Strong verbal communication skills.
61 Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
61 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
61 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
