工作职责:
 Manage test plan to match the vehicle milestones
 根据车辆节点计划维护测试计划
 Testing relevant activities, test resource preparation
 负责测试及测试准备相关工作
 Finish test and reports according to project nodes
 根据项目节点完成测试及测试报告
 Report test status and summary the result regularly and timely
 定期更新测试状态，汇总测试结果
 Ensure all the defined functions and features are tested, including abnormal behavior and boundary conditions, performance, stability and so on
 确保测试范围覆盖所有功能，包括异常操作，边界条件测试，系统性能，稳定性等等。
 Follow trouble shooting process
 跟踪测试问题
 Other necessary work for this project
 其它跟项目相关的工作

任职资格:
a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
 Well know about the functions of the Telematics and Infotainment
 有非常好的车联网或者信息娱乐系统知识
 Knowledge of online service
 有在线服务的经验
 Family with infotainment functions, eg: Radio, Media, Bluetooth, SDS, Online and so on.
 熟悉信息娱乐系统功能，如导航，收音机，媒体播放，蓝牙，语音交互，在线服务等。
 Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic
 有车辆诊断经验
 Knowhow connected car System (VW)
 有车辆互联经验，大众经验优先
 Experience in component/system/complete vehicle testing.
 有零部件，分系统及整车测试方面经验。

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
 At least 1 years experience in car OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company.
 至少一年汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的工作经验。
 Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronic, vehicle engineering.
 电气工程,自动化，机电一体化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士
 English, in speech and writing.
 英语四级以上，基本英语听说读写能力
