岗位职责 / Responsibilities:

61 协助公司内部各部门维护其在公司系统中的数据，确保数据的合规性、完整性与准确性；
Assist internal departments in maintaining their data within in the company’s systems to ensure compliance, completeness and accuracy.
61 根据公司数据管理相关制度和流程，及时更新系统数据；
Update system data in a timely manner according to company data management policies and procedures.
61 定期检查系统数据质量，发现并纠正数据错误或异常；
Regularly check data quality and identify and correct errors or anomalies.
61 协助推动数据标准化工作，提升数据管理效率；
Support data standardization initiatives to improve data management efficiency.
61 与相关部门沟通协调，确保数据更新需求及时响应；
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely response to data update requests.
61 参与数据管理相关项目的实施与优化工作。
Participate in the implementation and optimization of data management-related projects.

任职要求 / Requirements:
61 本科在读，专业不限，优先考虑数据管理、企业管理、软件工程、财务等相关专业；
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Data Management, Finance, or related fields.
61 具备良好的学习能力，能够快速掌握公司系统及数据管理流程；
Strong learning ability to quickly understand company systems and data management processes.
61 工作态度积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的执行力；
Proactive and responsible work attitude with strong execution skills.
61 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门有效合作；
Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
61 熟悉Excel等办公软件，了解基础的数据处理工具或系统者优先；
Proficiency in Excel and other office software; familiarity with basic data processing tools or systems is a plus.
61 具备良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读英文系统界面、理解英文操作文档，并进行基础口语英文沟通；
Good English reading and writing skills, capable of understanding English system interfaces, documentation, and basic communication.
