JD - Responsibilities 具体职责
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain business reports and dashboards using Power BI
Participate in data model design and optimization to ensure report performance and user experience
Assist in the development and maintenance of data warehouse ETL processes
Write and optimize DAX expressions and Power Query M formulas
Communicate with business departments to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Data Warehouse Related
Assist in designing and maintaining dimensional models for data warehouse
Participate in development and optimization of data ETL processes
Assist in data quality monitoring and data lineage analysis
Participate in data layer design (ODS, DWD, DWM, DWS)

Data Governance Related(Nice to have)
Assist in establishing and executing data quality standards
Participate in metadata management and data dictionary maintenance
Assist in data security and compliance checks
Participate in data lifecycle management

JD - Requirements 具体任职条件
Required Skills(60%)
1+ years of Power BI development experience, familiar with Power BI Desktop and Service
Proficient in DAX language and Power Query M language
Solid SQL foundation, able to write complex queries and stored procedures
Understanding of basic data warehouse concepts (star schema, snowflake schema)
Familiar with basic usage of ETL processes and tools
Understanding of basic data governance concepts and frameworks

Technical Stack Requirements
Core Skills:
Power BI (Desktop & Service)
DAX & Power Query
SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server)
Preferred Skills:
ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, FDL, etc.)
Basic data analysis with Python (Pandas, NumPy)
Version control (Git)

Soft Skills
Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit
Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and requirements for data quality
Ability to explain technical concepts in business language

Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience in data warehouse projects
Participation in data governance related projects
Understanding of agile development processes
