Responsibilities/岗位职责及权限:

61Designs & develop new products and redesigns existing products (heatsink, heat pipe and liquid cold plate) to meet customer needs.
-设计和开发新产品，并对现有产品（散热器、热管及液冷板）进行重新设计，以满足客户需求。

61Perform / Create / Update product design guidelines, customer standards, and / or analytical reports as assigned.
-按要求执行、制定及更新产品设计规范、客户标准，以及各类分析报告。

61Provide technical support to organizational stakeholders (Production, Quality, Marketing and Sales) and external customers.
-为公司内部相关部门（生产部、质量部、市场部及销售部）及外部客户提供技术支持。
61Investigates and suggests solutions to the Engineering Manager or Directs regarding product related problems.
-针对产品相关问题展开调研，并向工程经理或直属上级提出解决方案建议。

61Interface with suppliers to evaluate component specification, new manufacturing techniques, and/or new materials.
-与供应商对接，对零部件规格、新型制造工艺以及新材料进行评估。

61Compliance and participation in all Smiths Interconnect’s EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training requirements.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / 技术知识、技能与能力要求:

61Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent; >5 years of working experience.
-工科专业本科及以上学历，或同等学力；5 年以上相关工作经验。

61Familiar with SolidWorks flow simulation to optimize the thermal product (heatsink, heat pipe, liquid cold plate) performance
-熟练运用 SolidWorks Flow Simulation 软件，实现散热器、热管、液冷板等热管理产品的性能优化。

61Familiar with SolidWorks 3D modeling software or equivalent & understanding GD&T, ANSI/ASME standards.
-熟练操作 SolidWorks 三维建模软件或同类软件，且熟悉几何尺寸与公差（GD&T） 及 ANSI/ASME 标准。

61Understand the IC test socket, Burn In test socket or electrical connector designs is plus.
-具备集成电路测试座、老化测试座或电连接器设计相关知识者优先考虑。
61Experience with Ansys Icepak and SolidWorks Electronic Cooling is plus.
-拥有 Ansys Icepak 及 SolidWorks Electronic Cooling 软件使用经验者优先考虑。

61Knowledge of engineering mechanics, material properties, physics and manufacturing methods.
-掌握工程力学、材料特性、物理学及制造工艺相关知识。

61Knowledge of electrical theories especially in signal transmission, characterization, and signal integrity (plus only).
-具备电学理论知识（尤其在信号传输、信号表征及信号完整性领域）者优先考虑。

61Experience with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) or thermal analysis by SolidWorks preferred.
-具备失效模式与影响分析（FMEA）经验，或能使用 SolidWorks 开展热分析工作者优先。

61Experience on Finite Element Analysis (structural)preferred.
-具备有限元结构分析经验者优先。

61Attention to detail/self-directed and able to work under normal supervision.

61Ability to analyze complex problems using data-driven approach and define solutions.
