岗位职责：


- 根据项目功能说明编写UAT测试计划；

- 根据项目测试计划，建立并维护测试环境；

- 与项目经理和开发沟通好，带动测试计划；

- 发现bug或问题时，积极反馈给项目团队；

- 紧密跟进bug和问题的修复过程直至得到解决；

- 积极参与持续改进质量过程。



职位要求：


- 本科或相当学历；

- 具备良好的网页或软件测试经验，并理解HTML CSS；

- 工作细心，耐心，积极，认真负责并具备良好的团队合作能力；

- 具备基本的英语能力







Responsibilities


- Write UAT testing plan according to the functional specifications provided by the project manager

- Build and maintain test environment in accordance to the project test plan

- Collaborate with Project Manager or other Developers to drive the testing activities

- Give feedbacks to project team when encounter bugs or problem during test

- Follow up the bugs and problems and run test until it's resolved

- Participate to the quality process improvement



Requirements


- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification

- Experience in website/software testing, good understating of HTML CSS

- Good written and oral communication skill in both English

- Post holder should be patient, cautious, responsible, customer oriented, hardworking

- Good team player not only with project team, but also with cross-functional cooperation
