职位描述：THE ROLE

As an Associate Interaction Designer, you will report to a Manager of Interaction Design in Chengdu and work closely with other designers and the product team throughout all stages of development, both in Chengdu, and with our North American headquarters. We are looking for creative thinkers with a background or interest in user-centered design that also has a good eye for design. In this role you will have the opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference in the lives of others.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with North American Designers and Researchers who have direct access to North American users. Be able to interpret Personas, Usability Test Results and Analytics from North American colleagues to iteratively improve your designs.
Work closely with Chengdu and Xian based developers in a SCRUM development process.
Use Interaction Design methods to create meaningful relationships between people and the products and services that they use. Create wireframes and prototypes of web and mobile software in Axure RP software in collaboration with North American designers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

English communication skills.
Degree or experience in a related field.
Design portfolio showing Interaction Design for mobile or web-applications. We’re specifically interested in your user-centered design process and problem-solving skills.
A proven bias towards understanding and solving the problems of people. We’re not looking for coders or technologists.

This is a greenfield development opportunity to design, build and implement the next generation derivatives platform. We are committed to modernize our infrastructure and aligning our operating model to a client-led framework. This is our key strategic project to bring innovation to market participants in trading, clearing and risk management of the derivatives markets.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as the System Development Lead in the Risk Management System. The incumbent will primarily focus in the derivatives pricing and risk modeling area and have the opportunity to develop and work with new technology. He/she will be part of the mission critical platform development team and will have the privilege to work closely with seasoned, enthusiastic technologists across the IT Division as well as the exposure to work with various business stakeholders across HKEX.

Job Duties
Responsibilities:

Manage system development life cycle and oversee project implementation including the requirement definition, resource estimation, system design and development, functional and technical testing, production migration and documentation.
Head the internal development team for systems development and testing.
Design and implement systems with modern technologies, high availability and scalability; investigate and resolve design defects and technical issues.
Perform quality review for software design and code changes.
Collaborate with teams across IT and business departments.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or related disciplines.

• Strong skillsets in Java, C++, Python, Perl, RESTFul, SQL, React JS, JSX.
• Solid experience in application architecture design and development in Spring Boot, Linux, data modelling, micro-services and containerized architecture platform.
• Experience in DevOps framework and tools (eg. Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc) and automated testing frameworks like Selenium, Jasmine or JUnit.
• Familiarity with object storage, databases, noSQL and data manipulation tools for handling and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong analytical skill and mindset, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge and experience in cloud technology is preferred.
• Understanding of quantitative finance concepts, in particular derivatives pricing, risk modeling, and portfolio optimization is a definite advantage.
• Good in mathematics; knowledge of in-memory DB and messaging technologies is a plus.

1. 主导 Salesforce Marketing Cloud（SFMC）整体业务架构评审，梳理 Email Studio、Journey Builder、Automation Studio、Contact Builder 等核心模块的落地方案；
2. 负责 SFMC 平台级功能的设计与开发：
• 数据扩展（Data Extensions）建模与 SQL 查询优化；
• AMPscript / SSJS 个性化脚本、服务器端 JavaScript 开发；
