Job Duties: As a System Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying scalable business solutions leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional in software development, including proven hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform suite. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet organizational business needs. • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Engage in solution design, code reviews and offering expertise on best practices in development, security, and governance solutions. • Participate in support activities to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications and workflows as business needs evolve. • Contribute to the overall architectural vision, ensuring integration and synergy with existing enterprise systems. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience in software development, with 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform. • Strong background in Power Apps, Power Automate (both Cloud Flow and Desktop), Power BI, and a proven track record of successful solution implementation. • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Dynamics 365 integration. • Proficiency with related technologies such as JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs, and JSON. • Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) concepts and implementation.
